Hotel Evido Salzburg City Center

The bathroom had a decent shower setup, although it needed some attention. The natural light coming through the window.

The room lacked space, especially with the sofabed deployed. The window couldn't open due to a fixed desk obstructing access, and there were issues with room keys, which would only last a few hours. On New Year's Eve, I was left outside because there wasn't a receptionist available at night. No pillows or sheets were provided for the sofa bed. The parking area seemed sketchy.

The hotel has a good location, 3-5 minutes from the central railway station and bus station (from there you can go in any direction, inside and outside Salzburg). The hotel is nice and clean, the breakfast is ok and the family who maintains the hotel is friendly and helpful.

located close to the train station,this hotel was good for my short overnight stay. it was also the cheapest room i could get in this area and the value for money therefor seem adequate.

not quite easy to find at night, since it shares the main entrance with an ordinary city house and is located on the first floor. breakfast was ok, but very basic. the bathroom was well cleaned but still the shower cabin gave a little old impression.

The location of Evido Salzburg City Center stands out. Just a ten-minute walk from the main train station, it's super accessible. I enjoyed the tidy accommodation. Even though the breakfast wasn't standout, it satisfied my morning needs. The front desk staff showed kindness. My room, a Double or Twin Room, had some concerns. It was small, leaving barely any space to move around. I encountered a problem with the shower head, which needed soaking before use due to dirt buildup. The room was hot, even with the window open. Interestingly, I received only one pillow on a large bed, which seemed a bit stingy. It felt more like a budget option than I anticipated.

We like that the location was right next to the hauptbahnhof. The breakfast was varied and tasty.

We did not like how you had to enter the hotel, it was a little scary. The hotel was definitely not glamorous or even nice, it was just a place to sleep for two nights.

Clean, friendly, comfortable. Breakfast fine. Allowed to book in before time. Advise given to find very good restaurant for evening meal. Walking distance of railway station, buses and taxis. Would use again.

No tea coffee facilities in room. Restaurant only open for breakfast. No where to get a drink at other times.

Thank you for a nice stay. The staff are excellent, the hotel is original and with unbeatable location so close to railway and hop on off bus, the Hauptbahnhof and the downtown area or a bus stop. The rooms here are brand-new with 4 beds...

As we remember, there was no milk.

Had a blast exploring tasty vegetarian spots like COCO- Taste of Sri Lanka, just a hop away! The bed was comfy, and the buffet breakfast fueled my adventures perfectly.

Location is quite near to the central railway station.

If we return to the area we will not stay at this hotel. Reception was not friendly and seemed shady. We witnessed credit card transactions however we were told the machine was done and we had to pay cash. After refusing to pay cash they finally process my card. They just did not want to take the credit card even after booking with a card online. Room was for 4 adults and yet we had to ask and ask for pillows and blankets. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Location was good to the tour area as indicated when we booked it. Even our Grey Line tour bus driver said he heard mixed reviews on this hotel.

ideal spot for exploring iconic landmarks and park views

during my stay, I loved that everything from the historic center to the fine Fortress Hohensalzburg was just a short stroll away, making it perfect for city strolls, and the nearby parks offered lovely views for a relaxing break.

Its location close to Salzburg Hauptbahnof.

The directions need to be improved. Even when I asked people right in the front of the hotel door/ gas station, they were unable to point it out.

bedclothes had stains of blood (probabely fights with mosquitos There is no one in reception after 20:00, when I called them they said they would come but they did not The room does not fit a family with children: it is small, it is hot, there is no bath room (only shower) and there are no baby cots. The owner is not a decent person. We ordered the room one day before comming and although we did not notice there is no baby cot, he could have cancel the reservasion for the other nights but the first one but he did not agree. So we had to put the baby to sleep with us which not safe. The room for more than 2 persons is actually a standart room for 2 where they inserted more beds packed like sardines The location of the parking is far away to go with suitcases - very inconvinient with children
